Each one is licensed by its home-state board of pharmacy and is permitted by the Virginia Board of Pharmacy to ship prescriptions to Virginia patients.

How prescriptions work
All medications, including compounded medications, are prescribed only after a licensed Virginia provider has evaluated you, reviewed your history and labs, and decided that treatment is appropriate. Scheduling an evaluation does not guarantee a prescription. Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy; they are not FDA-approved, and the FDA has not evaluated them for safety or effectiveness. FDA-approved alternatives are discussed whenever they exist.
Venture Wellness does not own any pharmacy and does not receive payment from a pharmacy for sending it prescriptions. Medications ship directly from the pharmacy to you; the pharmacy will contact you about payment, shipping and storage.
