We see patients in person at 2342 Colony Crossing Place, Midlothian, VA 23112, and by secure video visit through Spruce Health. Telehealth is offered to patients located in Virginia at the time of the visit. Your first evaluation is in person or by live two-way video with a licensed provider; we do not prescribe based on a questionnaire alone.
What telehealth is good for
Follow-ups, lab reviews, dose adjustments, medication questions, and sick visits that do not need a hands-on exam.
What it is not for
Emergencies, chest pain, trouble breathing, severe allergic reactions, or thoughts of self-harm. For those, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Telehealth consent
By joining a video visit you confirm that:
- you are physically in Virginia during the visit;
- you understand a video visit has limits, and your provider may ask you to come in or seek in-person care;
- the same privacy protections apply as in the office (see our Notice of Privacy Practices), and you will take the visit from a private place;
- technical problems can interrupt a visit; if that happens we will call you at the number on file;
- you can stop a telehealth visit or ask for an in-person visit at any time.
