Care for high-responsibility professionals experiencing burnout, brain fog, or declining resilience. These symptoms are real, they’re rarely caused by one thing, and they’re often tied to stress physiology, hormones, and metabolic strain.
Fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, low drive, and weight that won’t move often share the same root contributors: metabolism, hormones, inflammation, stress physiology, and nutrient status. Treating one symptom at a time can miss the bigger picture.
Most people who come to us aren’t looking for a prescription. They’re looking for an explanation.
A standard panel checks a few markers against a wide reference range. We look at the systems together, and at what’s optimal for how you function, not only what’s flagged as abnormal.
Free and total testosterone, estrogen balance, progesterone, and how they shift with age and stress.
Thyroid markers beyond a single screening value, since thyroid contributors to fatigue are common.
Cortisol patterns, sleep, and the load you’re carrying.
Insulin signaling and blood sugar regulation, which shape energy and focus through the day.
Inflammatory markers and nutrient status that affect energy, mood, and recovery.
For some patients, gut health is the missing piece that finally allows other therapies to work.
Your plan may include one intervention or several, based on what your evaluation and labs show. Every recommendation is guided by your labs, your symptoms, and your goals, not a standard menu.
All care is individualized and provided by a licensed medical provider. Results vary based on individual factors.
An unrushed visit, a comprehensive lab review, and a clear plan. $155, with labs billed to insurance by the lab or $195 self-pay.
Imaging, quarterly labs, glucose monitoring, performance testing, and treatment in one annual plan. By application only.
A provider who knows you, longer visits, and direct access, for one membership fee.
Often, yes. Many people are told their levels are “normal” while experiencing real symptoms. Normal by a lab reference range is not the same as optimal for how you function. We look at more markers, and at how they relate to each other.
No. Fatigue, brain fog, and burnout affect women and men, and the contributors overlap: thyroid, stress physiology, metabolism, and sex hormones. Your evaluation is built around you, and we route you to women’s or men’s hormone care only if that’s what your findings support.
Bring it. Recent labs are reviewed as part of your evaluation. Depending on what was tested and how recently, we may be able to work from existing results, or recommend specific additional markers to complete the picture.
It depends on what’s driving your symptoms. Some people notice changes in sleep and energy within a few weeks. Others improve gradually over several months. We monitor your labs and symptoms and fine-tune your plan as you progress. Results vary from person to person.
