1. This website is information, not medical advice
Content on this site, including articles, symptom checks and service descriptions, is educational. It is not medical advice and does not create a provider-patient relationship. Reading the site or submitting a form does not make you a patient. Call 911 for emergencies.
2. Becoming a patient
Care begins with an evaluation by a licensed Virginia provider. Medications, including compounded medications, are prescribed only if your provider decides they are appropriate for you after that evaluation; scheduling an evaluation does not guarantee a prescription. We treat patients located in Virginia. Prescriptions are filled by a licensed pharmacy of your choice or by one of the licensed pharmacies listed on our Pharmacy Partners page. We do not sell or ship medication ourselves. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
3. Telehealth
Video visits are offered to established and new patients who are physically in Virginia during the visit, as described on our Telehealth page, which includes the telehealth consent you accept when you join a video visit.
4. Payments, refunds and cancellation
Membership, evaluation, lab and medication charges, and how cancellation and refunds work, are described on our Payments, Refunds and Cancellation page.
5. Privacy
How we use and protect your health information is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
6. Text messaging
By providing your mobile number you agree to receive text messages from Venture Wellness, including appointment reminders and, if you opt in, care and marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
