At Venture Wellness, new patients in our hormone, weight, and specialty programs begin with a Performance & Longevity Evaluation:
a medically guided starting point to understand your health and create a clear plan forward.
This isn’t because we make care more complicated. It’s because most health concerns are not isolated problems—and treating them that way often leads to missed contributors, temporary results, or unnecessary treatments. Starting with a comprehensive evaluation allows us to understand the full picture before recommending care.
Patients rarely come in with just one issue.
Concerns like fatigue, weight changes, hair thinning, skin changes, low libido, mood shifts, or brain fog are often connected. Hormones, metabolism, inflammation, stress, sleep, and nutrient status all interact.
A comprehensive evaluation helps us see how these systems overlap so care can be targeted, thoughtful, and effective.
Your initial visit is designed to bring clarity and direction.
It helps us:
Labs provide objective context so decisions aren’t based on guesswork alone.
No matter how you begin care — hormones, weight, gut health, skin, or hair — every Venture Wellness patient moves through the same structured stages. This creates clarity, consistency, and long-term results without guesswork.
Address imbalances, symptoms, and root contributors through comprehensive intake, labs, and clinical evaluation.
Personalized recommendations guided by data, symptoms, and goals — with education behind every decision.
Quarterly reviews, monitoring, and thoughtful adjustments to support consistency and prevent back-sliding.
Long-term strategy that adapts as your body, health priorities, and life stage change.
Patients leave with a clear direction, a personalized protocol recommendation, and a care plan to review.
If you choose to continue, care at Venture Wellness runs on a quarterly basis — structured around the biological rhythms of hormone and metabolic health. You’ll always know what’s included, what to expect next, and what your investment covers.
If you’re looking for a medically guided starting point with clear direction, you’re in the right place.
From there, care becomes more focused — not more complicated.
Plan to be at our Midlothian office for 60 to 75 minutes, or about 60 minutes by video if you are in Virginia. We go through your history and symptoms in detail, review your comprehensive lab panel result by result, and leave you with a clear picture of what is going on and a personalized plan recommendation. You will know what the next step is, what it includes, and what it costs before you commit to anything.
Your lab order is sent when you book. Come in fasting (8 to 12 hours, water is fine) for a 15-minute draw at our office, and schedule your evaluation at least 7 business days after the draw so results are back. The panel is $195 self-pay, which is our wholesale rate with no markup. It can also be billed to your insurance by the lab, but through insurance the same panel can run $1,500 to $3,000 depending on your plan, and you are responsible for any balance. How insurance and payment work here. You do not need insurance to be a patient.
Your provider will present a care plan recommendation based on your labs and symptoms. If you choose to continue ongoing care, care at Venture Wellness runs on a quarterly basis or as packages depending on your treatment recommendations — structured, ongoing, and built around your biology. You’ll always know what’s included and what to expect next.
We keep a limited number of new patient slots available to protect appointment quality. We are currently accepting new patients. Most patients are seen within a couple of weeks.
Care here is built around longitudinal wellness plans — not one-off reactive visits. Your evaluation is the starting point. Ongoing care is structured quarterly and designed to monitor, adjust, and protect your progress over time.
Bring it. Recent labs are reviewed as part of your evaluation. Depending on what was tested and how recently, your provider may be able to work from existing results or may recommend specific additional markers to complete the picture.
Your new patient evaluation is $155. A comprehensive lab panel is ordered separately and drawn prior to your visit — labs can be billed through your insurance or paid out of pocket at $195. The initial lab panel is required and is what makes your evaluation comprehensive.
All care is individualized and provided by a licensed medical provider. Results vary based on individual factors.
