Enrollment isn’t open yet. The interest list hears first when it is.
Time to cover what brought you in and the context around it.
Message your care team during business hours. Messages received during business hours get a reply the same business day.
Prompt appointments for new concerns when clinically appropriate and our schedule allows.
A plan that looks ahead, with follow-through between visits.
Direct Primary Care gives you an ongoing relationship with your primary-care provider through a membership fee rather than a copay for every visit. That gives us more time to understand your history, respond when concerns come up, and stay ahead of problems instead of only reacting when you’re sick.
Your membership covers everyday, preventive, and ongoing primary care for you and your household. If you ever need more specialized care, we coordinate it, and anything outside the membership is explained and priced before it begins.
| Traditional experience | Venture Direct Primary Care |
|---|---|
| Short, problem-focused visits | Longer visits with time for context |
| Copays for individual appointments | No per-visit copays for included visits |

| Care often begins after something is wrong | Preventive planning and ongoing follow-through |
| Separate, fragmented services | Coordination across your health picture |
Everything below is part of the membership fee, within routine primary-care scope. The exact list is in your membership agreement.
About labs. Ordering your labs, drawing blood here, and reviewing your results are part of the membership. The laboratory’s own charge for running tests is separate. We’ll share that price before ordering whenever possible.
Choose billing every three months for the lower price, or monthly for flexibility. Households get a discount for each additional adult and a household maximum.
You’ll see your first charge, billing schedule, and next charge date before you sign.
Complete pricing, billing options, and commitment terms will be published here before enrollment opens.
Your DPC provider can evaluate concerns such as fatigue, weight changes, menopause symptoms, low testosterone, or thyroid changes as part of your overall health, and order and review routine testing.
Results already in hand are always shared with you, and urgent findings are always addressed.
If you need one of these, we’ll explain the option and its price before anything begins.
Current hormone, metabolic, and optimization patients can add Venture Direct Primary Care for one connected team across routine primary care and specialty wellness care. Because we already know your history and current plan, eligible active patients can start through a streamlined enrollment process.
Start with a meet-and-greet at no cost. Learn how the model works, ask questions, and make sure the relationship is a good fit.
We review your records, medications, history, risks, goals, and current health concerns.
Set preventive priorities, chronic-care needs, screenings, and a practical follow-up rhythm.
Stay in Direct Primary Care, or add specialty care when it’s clinically appropriate.

Ordering your labs, drawing blood here, and reviewing your results are included. The laboratory’s charge for running tests is separate, as are medications, supplements, imaging, and other outside services, unless your agreement specifically lists them.
Your DPC provider can evaluate these concerns as part of your overall health. Active specialty medication titration, structured metabolic management, and advanced testing are handled through a separately priced Venture specialty program.
Messages are reviewed during business hours. Routine messages received during business hours get a reply the same business day; messages received after hours get a reply the next business day. We may ask you to book a visit when a concern can’t be handled safely by message.

Membership is available to Virginia residents who are not enrolled in Medicare Part A or B. We see adults, and children ages 2 and up who join with an adult member of the same household. If Medicare is coming up for you, ask us about timing.
Membership starts with a three-month minimum. After that you can cancel for any reason: let us know at least 30 days before your next billing date so we can hand off your care properly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you keep full access until then. The current period isn’t refunded.
Membership renews automatically on the billing option you choose, and monthly billing has a three-month minimum. The full terms, including how to cancel, are in the Membership Agreement, which you review before you enroll.
Telehealth is available when clinically appropriate while you’re physically in Virginia. When you’re out of state, we’ll see you when you’re back; for urgent needs, use local care.
Vaccines aren’t given at the practice. We’ll tell you what’s due, point you to a pharmacy or the health department, and keep your records and school or camp forms up to date.
Whether membership fees are an eligible expense depends on your plan and your tax situation. Check with your plan administrator or a tax adviser before relying on it. We can’t give tax advice.
We’ll coordinate it. Specialists outside Venture are billed by them, usually through your insurance. Venture’s own specialty programs are separate from the membership, and we explain the option and its price before anything begins.
Current hormone, metabolic, and optimization patients can request streamlined DPC enrollment. See the current-patient route.
