As a doctoral-educated nurse practitioner and Adjunct Professor of Graduate Pharmacology at Marymount University, she brings both academic rigor and over 15 years of clinical depth to every patient relationship. Her approach is root-cause, data-driven, and built around the full picture, not just the problem in front of her. Outside of the practice, Julia spends time with her husband, their two daughters, and their dogs Cricket and Clover, whom you may catch hanging out at the office from time to time.
Danielle is a family nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of nursing experience across primary care, preventive health, chronic disease management, urgent care, and medical weight management.
She takes a compassionate, evidence-based approach and prioritizes patient education, thoughtful listening, and care plans that fit each patient’s health needs and lifestyle. Ryan is a U.S. Navy veteran whose background in logistics and supply chain operations translates directly into how Venture Wellness runs: with precision, accountability, and excellent customer service. He oversees the systems, scheduling, and operational infrastructure that keeps your care experience seamless from first contact to ongoing support.
Jen is a registered nurse who chose to bring her clinical background to the front of the patient experience rather than the exam room. She handles the phones and reception, from your first call to your follow-ups, with the kind of medical fluency and patient advocacy that most practices leave at the door.
