Venture Wellness offers Direct Primary Care memberships for Richmond-area teams: an ongoing relationship with a primary-care team, longer visits, and direct communication, alongside the health plan you already offer.
Employees enrolled through your organization become Venture Direct Primary Care members, with the same membership and the same care team as any other member.
Anything outside primary care, including Venture’s specialty programs, is separate and optional.
Group rates are published below. A short consultation confirms the details for your organization.
We learn about your team, where people work, and the benefits you offer today.
We outline eligibility, enrollment, and billing options for your organization in writing.
Employees who choose to join enroll individually and sign the membership agreement themselves.
Employees work directly with their care team. We stay in touch with you about enrollment and administration, never about anyone’s health.
The more of your team you cover, the lower the rate. One annual access fee replaces every per-person enrollment fee.

Cover your team with Direct Primary Care, and give the people your business depends on most a year-round executive health plan: imaging, quarterly labs, treatment, and primary care in one fee.
Direct Primary Care is not health insurance and doesn’t replace it. Employees should keep coverage for emergencies, hospital care, specialists, imaging, and prescriptions.
Membership can sit alongside the health plan you already offer. Plan design, compatibility with your current coverage (including HSA-qualified plans), and tax treatment should be reviewed with your broker or benefits adviser.
