Simple, transparent pricing with no surprise bills. This page explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work.
Membership
- Membership fees are billed in advance, either every 3 months (the lower rate) or monthly. Monthly billing has a 3-month minimum to start. A one-time enrollment fee of $75 per person applies.
- You can cancel at any time by telling us 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made after that. We do not refund the current period. Virginia law requires us to hand your care off properly (Va. Code §§ 54.1-2997 and 54.1-2998), so you will sign a short cancellation form and we will send your records and move prescriptions as needed.
- Anyone enrolled in Medicare Part A or B cannot be a member. A member who later enrolls in Medicare leaves on the next billing date with any prepaid time refunded.
- A late-payment fee of $30 applies if a valid charge is still unpaid five days after its due date.
Evaluations, visits and labs
- The $50 new-patient deposit holds a 60-minute appointment slot and triggers your lab order, so it is non-refundable. It is applied to your evaluation fee when you attend.
- Evaluation and visit fees are due at the time of service and are not refundable once the visit has taken place.
- Lab fees are paid to the laboratory and are not refundable once the sample is collected.
Medications
- Medications are purchased from the pharmacy that dispenses them, not from Venture Wellness. Pharmacies cannot accept returns of prescription medication. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the pharmacy right away and let us know so we can help.
- Prescriptions are written only after a provider evaluation and are never guaranteed. Fees for an evaluation are not refunded because a medication was not prescribed.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, tell us within 60 days at info@venturewellnessrva.com or (804) 601-8625 and we will review and correct it.
No refund is conditioned on a health outcome, and no results are guaranteed.
